Male or Female Puppy, How To Decide?

For many people, deciding between a male or female Bichon Frise is always the big question. Even though they have their preference, some people are reluctant to make it known.
Anyone who is getting a Bichon Frise puppy to eventually end up breeding them is advised to select a female Bichon Frise puppy.
